Direct booking and guest CRM for short-term rental hosts
HostRev
Short-term rental hosts pay a platform fee on every booking — including the repeat guest who already stayed with them. HostRev captures every guest into a CRM the host owns, builds their Google reputation, and lets them take direct bookings through their own Stripe account.
It is a live product with paying subscribers, and it is the reference implementation for how we build client software: own your data, own your payments, no lock-in.

What you should expect from us.
A price before the work, not after
Every engagement is quoted in writing before it starts. If the scope changes, we re-quote it and you approve it before we build anything. You will never open an invoice you were not expecting.
You own what we build
On full payment of a custom build, the source code and the intellectual property in it are yours. We do not hold your application hostage on our hosting, and we will hand it to another developer without an argument.
Your money stays yours
When we build something that takes payments, it connects to your payment processor and your bank. We do not sit in the middle of your revenue, and we do not hold customer funds.
One person who knows your account
You are not routed through a ticket queue. Small studio, direct line, and a real answer on what is possible and what is not.
