What we do

Most local businesses lose business in two quiet ways: a review page that hasn't been touched in months, and a website that hasn't been touched in years. Spencer Labs fixes both with two simple, flat-priced offers — Never Miss A Review and a free website preview — rather than a custom project with an open-ended quote.

We built these as productized offers on purpose. You should be able to see exactly what something costs and what you get for it before you talk to anyone.

How we work

• Priced up front. Every offer on this site has a stated price. No "request a quote" for things that don't need one.
• Month-to-month. Ongoing plans are billed monthly and cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.
• Nothing without your say-so. Setup work begins only after you've agreed to it. The free website preview is never turned into a paid plan automatically.
• No games with reviews. Review requests simply make it easy for a happy customer to leave one. We don't incentivize, gate, or filter them.

What we don't do

We are not a legal, tax, or accounting adviser, and nothing on this site should be treated as advice in those areas. We don't make claims about your services on your behalf, and if you're a med spa or chiropractic office, we don't write or publish anything involving patient details, treatment specifics, or before-and-after claims.
