Start free (14-day trial): no setup fee and no payment method required to start. We turn on automatic review requests immediately, plus run a reactivation campaign to customers from the past 6-9 months to help generate your first 25 reviews.
Covers every customer, not just the trial batch: once set up, every current and future customer gets an automatic review request the moment a job is marked complete — for as long as you're on the plan.
If you cancel during the trial, before day 15, you owe nothing, and every review the reactivation campaign generated is yours to keep for free — whether or not you continue with us.
If you don't cancel, we send you an invoice for $97 on day 15 to continue service, and monthly billing continues from there.

Free preview: we build a website for your business and send you a private link. Active for 7 days, no cost, no obligation.
Contact forms: every submission texts and emails the right person at your business automatically, whether the site is hosted with us or transferred elsewhere.
Hosted ($197/mo): if you keep it, this covers hosting, uptime, and basic upkeep. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
Transfer ($250, one-time): instead of hosting, we hand over the site files so you can host it yourself or with anyone else. One payment, nothing recurring after that.
If you don't choose either within the 7 days, the preview link stops working. You are never charged automatically.

Billing, refunds, and cancellation

Monthly plans are charged in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime and service continues to the end of the period already paid for — elapsed time isn't refunded. The $197 setup fee is refundable before setup work begins and non-refundable once it starts. The $250 transfer fee is refundable before the transfer is completed and non-refundable once your files have been handed over.

Is there a contract for Never Miss A Review?

No. It's billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. The $197 setup fee is one-time and covers configuring the review requests.

What counts as ‘each job’ for a review request?

Whatever you mark as complete — a finished appointment, a closed ticket, a completed visit. We set the trigger during setup to match how you already track jobs.

Do you offer anything in exchange for a review?

No. Review requests simply make it easy for a customer to leave one. We don't gate, filter, or incentivize reviews — that violates Google's policies and isn't something we do.

What happens to the free website preview after 7 days?

The link stops working. Nothing is charged automatically. You choose $197/mo hosting or the one-time $250 transfer fee whenever you're ready — or don't, and nothing happens.

Can I have both offers?

Yes. Most customers start with Never Miss A Review and add the website later, or the other way around. They're priced and billed separately.

How do I cancel?

Email us or ask through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — no cancellation fee, no retention call.
